Mitra
Director – Architecture & Design
Mitra is a registered architect with over a decade of professional experience in the Australian construction industry. She holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). She has played a key role in delivering high-profile public, residential, and commercial projects, ranging from heritage buildings and modular schools to complex infrastructure and Class 2 residential developments.
Her strengths lie in regulatory compliance, architectural detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination, ensuring each project is delivered to the highest standard.
Mimo
Principal Structural Engineer, CPeng
Mimo brings over 20 years of expertise and experience in structural and seismic engineering to SANDS. His vision in construction methods and analytical precision enables SANDS to provide cost-effective code-compliant design solutions that have saved our clients significant time and budget.
Mimo is a technical board member of Standards Australia AS 1170.4, which covers the seismic design of structures. He has a PhD degree in earthquake engineering, and he is recognised for developing methods for computing the inherent flexibility and rigidity of conventional MEP installation, NCC compliance, value engineering, and streamlined certification outcomes.
